Graham Caldersmith was a  great luthier and friendly support for us. He passed away recently and for us, that is very sad. He sent us his last guitar in September.

The No 113 which is really in line with the No 111 that we had. As usual, the same musical qualities for which Graham Caldersmith guitars are famous: a warm sounding guitar with creamy and singing trebles. However, Graham made some important changes: Whereas the former Concert Model was very dark, there is some more brightness which deftly balanced the warmness which is Graham sound signature. Part of the brightness is due to the adjustment of the notes above the 12th fret to ‘ring’ nicely up to the 20th which gives sustained overtones to the trebles. A classical guitar with a big personality. The back and sides are in stunning blackwood: magnificent.
